Some things are just too fresh, delicate or seasonal to travel far. This part of the shop is for those nearby, neighbours, friends or curious visitors passing through the valley. Think girolles straight from the woods, small batches of wildflower bouquets, pickles, herbal tea blends or a jar of mushroom pâté. Everything depends on the rhythm of the day and what’s just been harvested, foraged or made.
