This website is operated by Sauvage Botanica. By accessing or using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms may be updated or changed at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Products and Availability

Most items are made to order, created in small batches, or offered as digital downloads. We aim to describe each product as accurately as possible, but colours, textures and materials may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout. We do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase.

Some items may be shipped directly from our fulfilment partners within the EU. Orders are generally processed within two to three business days.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if a product arrives damaged or incorrect. Because our items are often digital, made to order or produced in small quantities, we cannot accept general returns.

If something is wrong with your order, please reach out within seven days of delivery. We will do our best to help.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, design and artwork, belongs to Sauvage Botanica unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Sharing links or short excerpts is allowed with proper credit.
